CBRE appointed to £1.4bn loan
Graduate jobs provider CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has announced its appointment as the special servicer to the £1.45 billion White Tower 2006-3 loan.
CBRE Loan Servicing Limited will replace Hatfield Philips International, with holders of Class B notes for the White Tower issue voting the organisation in because of its mix of real estate, financial and lending skills.
Chief executive of the firm's loan servicing branch Philip Cropper said the company was 'looking forward' to managing the recovery of debt for the best outcome of the creditors.
He remarked: 'Our growing portfolio of loans is testament to the strength of our offering and our commitment to serving noteholders by finding the best value solution for them.'
According to CBRE, it is the only commercial real estate enterprise that also offers loan and special servicing capabilities.
University leavers who wish to work for the business could benefit from applying for the company's graduate recruitment schemes in commercial property, planning or building surveying.
