Entry conditions

• The competition is only open to residents of the UK. The competition is not open to employees (or members of their families) of Hobsons PLC.
• The promoter of the competition is Hobsons PLC, Challenger House, 42 Adler Street, London, E1 1EE.
• Only one entry per person.
• Closing date for entries will be at 12pm on 30 May 2008.
• The competition winner and runners-up (the Winners) will be selected at random from all eligible entrants on the deadline. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Winners will be notified by e-mail on or after the deadline. At this point the Winners will be given instructions on how to claim their prize. If their prize is unclaimed within a week of notification, after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the Winner, the Promoter will be entitled to choose another Winner, without any liability to the Promoter.
• No purchase is necessary. Entry to the competition is free of charge.
• To be entered in the competition, entrants must enter through the registration or sign-in area found at www.get.hobsons.co.uk/competition/login-Register.jsp. A valid e-mail address must be provided.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
• Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules or incomplete will be disqualified. The Promoter is not liable for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the Promoter’s website or to participate in this competition, or if the entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their e-mail or web connection. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.
• In entering the competition, entrants agree that their names can be published in related content on the GET website (www.get.hobsons.co.uk).

Prizes

• The main prize is a personal consultation with Stephen Conway and a copy of the Expert's Guide: Interview Skills DVD. The consultation takes the form of a telephone conversation to last between 30 minutes and one hour. At a pre-arranged time, the winner may call Stephen Conway to ask his advice about job interviews and recruitment in general.
• 24 runners-up will each receive a copy of the Expert's Guide: Interview Skills DVD.
• There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes.
• The prizes are not transferable, and can only be accepted by the Winners.
• The Promoter will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent the prize being taken up by the Winners.
